Birla will open the 8th Conference of the Parliamentary Association of the Commonwealth (CPA) of India in Guwahati in Assam on April 11th.

The conference will be addressed by the Chief Minister of Osama Himanta Biswa Sarma, the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly Osama Biswajit Daimari and other delegates.

According to the official statement, 76 delegates will take part in the conference. The theme of the conference is “Strengthening legislative control to help optimize development outcomes for aspiring segments of society.”
